Jill McSorley

College, Trumbull '03 from United States

After Yale, I worked as a business analyst for two years, then spent a year in El Salvador teaching. In 2006, my husband and I moved to Qatar where I have a swimming business and enjoy the always entertaining Doha Expat life.

Liz Kepferle

College, Branford '81 from United States

I moved to Qatar in 2005 to become the director of admissions at the School of Foreign Service in Qatar, a branch campus of Georgetown University in Washington DC. Before that, I coordinated academic programs at Georgetown’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies from 1993 to 2005. Doha is in the midst of phenomenally fast-paced change, and I am excited to be part of and take part in the many educational, social -- and physical -- developments in this city, country, and region.
